Cris Navarro

Before joining the financial services industry, Cris Navarro spent four years in the U.S. Air Force. From there, she moved into process engineering in the printed circuit manufacturing field, covering a service territory that stretched from the eastern United States into northern Canada, before eventually finding her way to finance.

She brought the same technical precision to financial services that she carried through earlier careers. After building a foundation in financial markets and client service at Fidelity Investments, she joined Applied Capital Management, where she manages the operational side of the practice: client reviews, compliance, account paperwork, and anything that needs to be resolved in a timely way. Her approach to client problems is direct. She rarely takes no for an answer and doesn't stop until something is actually fixed.

Cris has lived in fifteen states and spent time abroad in Turkey, but Londonderry, NH, has been home for decades. She and her husband, Peter, have two adult children. Their daughter, Niki, is a team manager with City Year/AmeriCorps at Title I elementary schools in Manchester, NH, and is getting married this October. Their son, Peter, is a software engineer in Raleigh, NC, and recently got engaged. The family also includes three dogs spread across two states, with Max holding down the fort at home in Londonderry. Cris has been a consistent presence in the Londonderry community, serving as a member and former president of the Londonderry Women's Club and as an elected member of the Town Charter Commission, where she helped change the town's voting process.
